Our school set up a Road Safety Patrol in 2001. The team number is Team 75 of the New Territories South Region. Teams are assembled once a week. Teachers who have received relevant trainings concurrently serve as team supervisors, captains, and lead team activities. The activities include marching and diversified activities, allowing children to learn about transportation and marching, and to cultivate an attitude of “comity” and well-disciplined as well as to develop a cooperative spirit. Our team has won many awards in annual review and marching competitions.
The school set up the Grasshopper Scout in 2010, the brigade number is 1716. It meets once a week. Teachers who have received relevant trainings also serve as heads, deputy heads and lead assembly activities. Activities include group games, singing, stories, creative activities and outdoor activities that foster children’s proactive approach and build team spirit, hope to see them growing up healthy and happily.
Our school established a flag guard team in 2024, with the team number K187. It meets once a week. Teachers who have received relevant training serve as instructors to lead assembly activities and conduct training with children. The activities include foot drill training, flag-raising ceremony practice and understanding the national flag. Activities such as the national emblem and national anthem are designed to cultivate children’s identity as a citizen and their sense of belonging to the country, learn to abide by discipline, and enhance the spirit of cooperation.
