Physical Fitness

We teach young children to cultivate good, healthy habits and practice self-care. Our schools provide a variety of physical fitness activities to strengthen students’ gross and fine motor skills as well as their sensory coordination. In addition, different skills trainings aim to enhance the children’s physical fitness, improve their ability to concentrate and increase their self-confidence.
We provide games to strengthen the children’s fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, which are prerequisites for writing. Once their fine motor skills are sufficiently developed, children are allowed to write and so experience the joy of expressing themselves through pen and paper.
