Teachers are a valuable asset and therefore, teacher training is an indispensable and important tool. In order to enhance teachers’ professional development and skills, our school not only arrange different school-based training programs, but also organize joint-school teacher training programs, such as “Free Play Workshop”, “Parents’ Effective Communication Talks”, “Geological Experience Inspection Tour”, “Teacher Stress Relief Workshop” and “Parent-Teacher Association Establishment Talks”. These programs allow teachers to polish communication skills in practice, to expand knowledge base, and add value to themselves, so that teachers’ skills and qualities can be elevated and provide support to children according to their needs.
